Important Information

• - You must be collected in exchange for your reservation voucher directly from the Tourist Office reception desk : 11 La Canebière, open every day from 9am to 6pm (closed on 25/12 and 01/01) - The CityPass is validated at the ticket office of each service provider (no direct access to the activities) - The Guided Tour must be booked directly with our tourist advisors at the Tourist Office reception desk. - Activities cannot be booked in advance - The pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase & valid for 24, 48 or 72 consecutive hours - The CityPass is a product reserved for individual customers (max 9 people) - Access to the If Castle depends on weather conditions and may be cancelled (check with the companies) - In the event of loss, theft, misuse or non-use, the CityPass will not be exchanged or refunded. - The Marseille Tourist Office can't be held responsible in the event of malfunctions by our partner service providers (strikes, exceptional closures, breakdowns, etc)
