Meet your guide at Prado Beach in Marseille and embark on a guided immersive seaside experience. Designed to help you slow down, release mental pressure, and reconnect with yourself, this experience will leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and more emotionally balanced.
Begin with a guided breathwork session to help you relax and center yourself. Then, engage in journaling and guided reflection to gain clarity and insight into your thoughts and emotions, set to an immersive sound track of integrated music and working with nature and the sounds of the waves, designed to deepen your emotional experience.
Reconnect with nature by the sea, allowing the calming environment to help restore your clarity and balance as you engage in cleansing Mediterranean Sea rituals.

Important Information
- The experience is held primarily in English, with simple French possible if needed
- The activity takes place at Prado Beach in Marseille
- The meeting point is at Place L'amiral Muselier by the bus stop on the beach side across from the steps
- The activity is scheduled for Sunday at 6:30 PM and lasts for 1.5 hours
- Bring a towel to sit on, as well as to dry your feet off if you participate in the cleansing sea rituals at the end
- VIP Intuitive Guidance is an add-on service, with a maximum of 2 spaces available, to occur after the Guided Sea Rituals. Plan on staying an extra 20-40 minutes to complete
