Description
Meet at 09:00 at the dive center in Marseille's Port de la Pointe Rouge. You will be equipped with a diving suit, mask, fins, and snorkel for the activity.
At 09:45, board a large inflatable boat for a 20 to 30-minute ride to the snorkeling and scuba diving site. Receive a safety briefing, including information on marine life and security guidelines.
Enjoy 30 to 60 minutes of independent snorkeling in a secured area near one of the islands of Calanques National Park. Once comfortable in the water, participate in a guided scuba dive with a personal instructor. The dive reaches up to 18 feet deep, where you may encounter species like rock fish, zebra bream, cow bream, striped mullet, rainbow wrasse, and sea stars, depending on conditions.
Return to the dive center around 16:00 or 17:00 to rinse your gear, shower, and collect your Discover Scuba certificate.
