Description
This tour begins with pick-up at the cruise port of Marseille. In Aix-en-Provence, you will have free time to walk along the Cours Mirabeau, a tree-lined avenue featuring 17th- and 18th-century mansions. The old town offers shops, architectural landmarks, lively squares, and fountains. There are also daily markets to explore. Lunch is at your own expense.
In the afternoon, travel to Cassis, an ancient fishing port with a scenic harbor. From Cassis, roads lead to Cape Canaille, where you can admire views of the bay. Optionally, you may book a one-hour boat trip on site (not included) to visit three Calanques—secluded coves with cliffs and beaches.
The tour concludes with a return transfer to Marseille’s cruise port. The itinerary order may vary.
