In Avignon, the city of the Popes, you can view the Saint-Bénezet Bridge, famous from the nursery rhyme 'Sur le Pont d’Avignon'. You will have free time for lunch at traditional restaurants (not included) and to explore the city independently. Options include wandering the medieval streets or visiting the Palais des Papes (Pope's Palace) and the Saint-Bénezet Bridge (entry tickets not included).
