Useful info How it works Meet the instructor at the L'Atelier de la Mer dive center in the Port de la Pointe Rouge - Handing out wetsuits, fins, and masks - Briefing on the activity and safety tips - Hop on the boat and head to the dive site, picked based on the weather (about 20-25 minutes on the water) - The boat docks at the dive site, then you enter the water with the instructor (1 diver for 1 instructor) who'll equip you with the rest of the gear (tanks, etc.) - Dive for 20 minutes, up to 6 meters deep Snorkeling for the rest of the divers' dive time - Get back on board and sail back to the port of Pointe Rouge (20 to 25 minutes of sailing) while debriefing on the baptism - Disembark, then return the borrowed equipment and receive your diving certificates before the end of the activity (you can also take a shower at the diving center) Prerequisites Parental permission is required for minors participating in the activity. If you want to join the trip as a chaperone, but not dive, just book your spot on the boat through the snorkeling activity.
